A minimum deposit of £10
per person per day for all bookings of one day
or less should be enclosed with the booking form.
The balance of the course fees can be paid by
cheque to arrive not less than 7 days before the
course commences or on the first day by cash or
cheque with a valid bankers card. Course fees
are not refundable.
Provisional Bookings made by letter or phone
are held for up to 5 days and will be considered
firm upon the receipt of the deposit or full payment.
If bookings are cancelled more than 2 weeks before
the course commences, 90% of the deposit will
be refunded Less than 7 days before commencement
date, no refund will be given. If the full course
fees have been paid, 50% is refundable if cancelled
more than 7 days before.
All course members must sign a Disclaimer before
instruction can start.
Bad weather credit days are given for any day
or half days lost due to bad weather. They are
valid for 1 year after the date given and are
not transferable.

We will confirm your booking by
post, enclosing further details about your flight
and details of directions, insurance and accommodation
if requested.
